Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All Domestic US shipping is by UPS or USPS. All orders are shipped from Fairhope, AL. Lead time and shipping vary depending on the product. Information will be specified in each product description. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days. However, if an item in your order has a longer lead time, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship. To ship items separately, either place separate orders or contact us for individual shipping charges. Domestic shipping costs are calculated as follows:

FREIGHT ITEMS
Large furniture items marked "Freight Shipping" will be shipped at the large item rate. This price is calculated after the order is placed, meaning you will not be charged for shipping when you place your online order. You will receive your freight charges in a separate email. Freight charges vary due to the size of the item and the location it is being shipped to.

Towne + Beech does not have an in-house delivery service. All shipments and deliveries are done via third-party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after the product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in this condition, please get in touch with us immediately. We will only accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if it is determined to be a manufacturing issue.
