Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If, for some reason, your purchase doesn't work out, we accept returns within 14 days for exchange or refund. Please email towneandbeech@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt of your order for return authorization. All items must be unused and in new condition with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted. Please ensure that you repackage your items carefully. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
